	Forrest yoga class The Forrest Yoga method gets you connecting to your core - getting strong and centered.

	Dog hike at Breakheart Trying to get out around 12 but I'm flexible. Ps: I found a cool 15-20 ft long ice slide that left me with a wet ass but a big smile :)
