Vietnam is a mountain bikers paradise that is owned in part (47 acres) by the New England Mountain Biking Association. You can expect tight single track, banked turns, rock drops and big jumps. From XC to Freeride this place has it all. Recommended free ride trails are Rubber Stamp and DLS (Video Below). Note that most riding is in the woods while the high tension lines are surrounded by boulders for playing.
Directions - Rt. 495 to exit #20 (Rt 85/Milford). From Rt 495 South, go right at end of ramp onto Rt 85 South. From Rt 495 North, go left at end of ramp onto Rt 85 South. Take Rt 85 south approximately 1 mile.
"Official Parking Update" - Provided by Steve b on the NEMBA forums:
"'Nam parking is at the Lake Louisa lot on Dilla street. Once you are off of 495, turn right at Wendy's it's about a half mile up on your right side. You can take the new bike path from here back under 495 and head into 'Nam.
The town doesn't like anyone using the ball field lots unless you are a Milford resident who is using the facilities there" - Thanks Steve b
Ride your bike north on 85N for 1mile. After you pass under rt. 495 ride approximately 1/5 mile you will see old railroad tracks on the right side. Take these trails onto the property.
