After I graduated high school (back in 2003 - yeah a little late to post, huh?)...I went to visit my buddy Tommy out in Wyoming. Tommy worked at a cattle ranch down the road a bit, and during the day I went out to visit him at work, and I was starting to handle some of his job when his boss came over to me and asked who the F&#@ I was and what I was doing on the ranch, and then if I was in fact doing work, that he would pay me for it. Well, working for free was fun, but working for money is generally preferable. So Tommy and I worked building fences and irrigating fields, and it was a pretty awesome time for a week. We got ATV's to ride, and we rode horses and it was an excellent time until we went hiking and I fell off a cliff and nearly died. A hospital probably would have been a smart idea, but we only had an old international truck, and there was only 1 gas station in town - and the truck didn't get enough gas mileage to get to the next gas station which was 100 miles in either direction.

Luckily im still here and my head is in good enough shape that I can still build websites.

Minus cliffs and grizzly bears, Wyoming is a spectacularly beautiful place, and the Grand Teton ranges are a sight to behold. Didn't get too far up them (I guess fortunately, ha), but maybe next time I will and will have some rope this time!!
